About Us
All Service 4 U Limited trades as All Service 4 U. Our registered office is Office 226, Building 3, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London N11 1GN. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered, and our business registration on the Gas Safe Register is 648977. You can contact us on 020 3740 6785, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or by post to the registered office.
Our Services
We carry out domestic gas work in London homes: boiler repair, servicing and installation, central heating and radiator work, heating controls, gas pipework and leak repair, gas cookers and hobs, gas fires and water heaters. We work on natural gas appliances in homes only. We do not carry out commercial work, LPG or oil work, heat pumps or unvented cylinders.
If you smell gas, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 before you call us.
Bookings and Appointments
A contract is formed when we agree on the phone to carry out a visit or a piece of work. We will confirm the work and the appointment when you book. Same-day appointments are often available, but any time we give is an estimate and may change if an earlier job runs on or for reasons outside our control. We will keep you informed if a visit is delayed.
Please make sure an adult is at the property, that our engineer can reach the boiler or appliance safely, and that you tell us about anything that affects safety or access. If you book for a rented property, you confirm that you have the authority to arrange the work.
Prices and Payment
We give you a price for your job on the call or after diagnosis, before any further work goes ahead. If the engineer finds that more work or parts are needed, we will explain why and ask for your agreement before carrying it out. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the current rate.
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Parts we fit remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
Safety and Unsafe Appliances
Our engineers must follow gas safety rules. If they find an appliance or installation that is unsafe, they will explain the risk, label it and, where the rules require, make it safe or disconnect it with your permission. You must not use an appliance we have advised is unsafe until it has been repaired. Our engineers will not open or work on appliances in a way that breaks gas safety rules, even if asked.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you book by phone or away from our premises you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.
- If you ask us to start work within the 14 days, you must pay for the work done up to the point you tell us you are cancelling.
- Once the work has been fully completed at your request within the 14 days, the right to cancel ends.
- Where you ask us to visit urgently to carry out a repair or maintenance, the right to cancel does not apply to that urgent work. It can still apply to any extra services or goods you agree to during the visit that you did not ask for when booking.
To cancel, call us on 020 3740 6785 or write to our registered office with a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we must carry out our work with reasonable care and skill, and any goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something we have done is not right, tell us as soon as you can and we will look at putting it right. Manufacturers' warranties on boilers and parts are provided by the manufacturer on their own terms. We offer no additional promises beyond your statutory rights.
Our Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for faults in parts of your system we did not work on, or for problems caused by information you gave us that was wrong. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our work, please call us or write to our registered office with the details. We will look into it and reply as soon as we can, and we will try to resolve the matter with you directly.

How we use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the terms that apply to your job are those in place when you booked. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
